Ingredients: – potatoes – carrots -garlic -salt & pepper -olive oil -parsley

Start by cutting the potatoes in half or quaters depending on the size.

Peel and cut the carrots in half.

Add the garlic to the Instant Pot and use the saute function.

Add the potatoes, carrots, parsley, salt and pepper to the pot.

Make sure to turn the steam release valve to the "seal" position.

Press presure cook and then set for 3 minutes.
