Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts   

Roasted brussels sprouts with a spicy sauce are a perfect Thanksgiving side dish.   


Ingredients: –  brussels sprouts -olive oil -salt -honey -sriracha -shallot -garlic


Cut off the stem end and cut the brussels in half. 


Toss the sprouts in 1 tablespoon olive oil and salt. 


Spread in an even layer on a baking tray. 


While brussels roast prepare the honey sriracha sauce. 


Add the sauce to the brussels sprouts along with the shallot and garlic. 


Roast for an additional 10 minutes. 


Roasted brussels sprouts are crispy and delicious.  


They have the perfect amount of heat from the sriracha!
