Homemade Whipped Cream Frosting

Whipped cream is easy to make and a delicious dessert topping!




The key to making the best whipped cream is to start with cold cream.  


Beat on a lower speed until it begins to become more solid. 


It will take around 6-7 minutes to form stiff peaks.  

If you use whipped cream for a decoration you can stabilize it with cornstarch.

This way it can be piped onto a dessert and hold its shape longer.
