Healthy Pumpkin Muffins  

These pumpkin muffins are made with Greek yogurt and oats for a healthy breakfast treat!

 

 Mix together the oats, whole wheat flour and spices. 

 

Mix together the pumpkin, Greek yogurt, maple syrup and the egg.

 

Stir the oat mixture into the wet ingredients.  

 

Stir the ingredients together being careful not to over mix.  

 

Portion out the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper liners. 

 

Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 

 

These muffins have a great pumpkin flavor and spice combination.
