Healthy Blueberry Poppy Seed Muffins

These healthy muffins take only 20 minutes to prepare!


 Start by mixing together the wet ingredients.  – Greek yogurt – eggs – honey – butter – almond milk – lemon juice – lemon zest – vanilla extract


Then in a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients. – all purpose flour – whole wheat flour – baking powder – baking soda – salt – poppy seeds    


Divide muffin batter evenly between the muffin tin.      

Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.

They will have a beautiful golden brown color.   


These muffins are moist with a hint of lemon flavor.
