Grilling Corn on the Cob  

Grilling corn can be done any time of the year.  It is easy to grill frozen corn on the cob!

 

Ingredients: – frozen corn on the cob -olive oil -butter -salt -pepper

 

Brush the corn with olive oil. 

 

Add the frozen cobs on the hot grill grates. 

 

Rotate the corn cobs every 2 minutes to get and even char. 

 

Add butter, salt, pepper and any other seasonings.

 

Cut the corn off the cob to add to fresh salsas. 

 

Or use it in salads or bean dips. 

 

Or eat as a side dish. Corn is perfect with burgers or chicken.
