Gnocchi with Black Truffle Cream Sauce Make pillowy gnocchi in a decadent truffle sauce in just 15 minutes!  

 

Ingredients: – gnocchi -heavy cream – black truffle -butter -black pepper –parmesan cheese – parsley

 

Cook the gnocchi in a pot of water.  They take only 2-3 minutes to cook.  

 

While the gnocchi are cooking heat the heavy cream.  Add the butter and the truffle.   

 

Add the gnocchi to the sauce and stir to coat the gnocchi in the creamy sauce. 

 

Garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. 

 

Serve with your favorite wine and crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
