Gluten-Free Olive Oil Cake This moist and tender cake is made with almond flour and all gluten-free ingredients.  

 

Ingredients: – almond flour – baking powder – salt -eggs – orange juice  -orange zest –sugar -olive oil

 

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. 

 

In a separate bowl mix the olive oil and sugar together.  

 

Mix in the eggs, orange juice and orange zest. 

 

Stir in the almond flour mixture. 

 

Pour the cake batter into a prepared loaf pan. 

 

Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes.  The cake will not rise much but will be golden brown.

 

Wait until the cake has cooled to slice!
