Gluten Free  Crepes   

These delicate crepes are made with almond flour!


Ingredients  – almond flour -milk -butter -cornstarch – salt – vanilla extract – eggs –honey


Blend the ingredients in a blender or whisk by hand.    


Add a 1/4 cup of batter to a hot skillet.       


The batter will be very runny.  It will take a few minutes to cook.      


Use a thin spatula to check the edges to see if it is time to flip. 


Carefully flip and then repeat steps with remaining batter.     


These are great with sweet or savory fillings.  


Use whipped cream and berries or sautéed veggies and cheese as filling ideas.
