Breakfast Burrito Recipe 

These freezer friendly breakfast burritos are great for meal prep. 

Ingredients Needed

Cook the bacon in a large skillet.  

Cook the eggs and add a 1/3 of a cup of cheese. 

Cook the breakfast potatoes in a skillet.  

Once the ingredients are completely cooled you can assemble the burritos. 

Fold the burritos up so the ingredients are neatly tucked inside. 

This makes 7 large burritos that you can freeze for up to 3 months or refrigerate for up to 4 days. 

To freeze these will need to be wrapped in aluminum foil.
