Peach Cobbler with Fresh Peaches

Make this classic dessert with ripe and juicy summer peaches. .  


–fresh peaches –sugar –cornstarch –cinnamon – puff pastry –egg white

Slice your peaches into 1/2 inch thick slices. 

You do not need to peel the peaches.  

The perfect peach should not be rock hard but not be too ripe. 

They will soften when they bake. 

Stretch out the pastry dough and use a biscuit cutter to cut out circles for the topping.  


Cover the top of the peaches with pastry. 

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35 minutes.  The peaches will become juicy and bubble up around the edges. .  

Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream!

This is a delicious summertime dessert!
