Butternut Squash Oven Recipe 

Roasting butternut squash is easy and can be eaten as is or used for soups, pastas and so much more!

 

 Ingredients  

 

Carefully using a sharp knife, cut the squash in half.  

 

Use a spoon to scrape out the seeds. 

 

Put the squash on a baking tray and brush with melted butter and maple syrup.

Roast in the oven at 400°F for 45 minutes. 

The squash is so soft it can be scooped with a spoon. 

Eat as a side dish as is or use the squash to make a soup or pasta sauce!
