Mini Egg Cheesecake  

Make a beautiful cheesecake decorated with Cadbury mini eggs for Easter!


Ingredients: – cookie crumbs – sugar – butter – eggs – cream cheese – vanilla extract -sour cream -cream -flour -Cadbury eggs


Use chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter and 2 tablespoons sugar to make the crust. 


Press the cookie crumb mixture in the bottom of a springform pan.       


A springform pan is specially designed so that it comes apart so that you can easily serve a more delicate dessert.  


Beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer.  


Add the sugar, vanilla, sour cream, cream, flour and eggs.  


Stir in 1/2 of the chopped mini eggs.    

Pour the batter in the prepared pan.  

Always wrap the bottom of the pan with aluminum foil and cook the cheesecake in a water bath.  

A water bath will help prevent your cheesecake from cracking.  

Bake at 325 for 70 minutes.   Allow time to cool.
