Cinnamon Bread Pudding

Cinnamon Bread Pudding is perfect for a holiday dessert or brunch on Christmas Morning!

The ingredients: –brioche –whole milk –heavy cream – large eggs –sugar –cinnamon –unsalted butter –vanilla extract –cup butter –brown sugar –cinnamon –bourbon

Dry the bread in the oven or use stale bread.  

Add the bread to a casserole dish.  

Mix together the custard ingredients.  

Pour the milk mixture over the bread and stir gently to saturate all pieces of bread

Bake for 50-55 minutes.  The bread pudding will rise and be golden brown.  

While cooling prepare the bourbon sauce in a saucepan.  

Stir until mixture is bubbly and sugar is dissolved.  

Pour sauce over the top of each slice.  

This is perfect for dessert and brunch.
