Chicken and Dumplings with Pillsbury Biscuits

This quick and easy recipe is made with refrigerated biscuits.  

Ingredients Needed

Add olive oil to a hot pot and cook the chicken breast. 

Next add the veggies to sauté. . 

Chop the chicken into bite sized pieces.

Cut the Pillsbury biscuits into quarters and toss in flour. 

Add the chicken, broth, and spices.  Drop the biscuit pieces over the top.   

The biscuits will puff up and be soft dumplings.  

This is a delicious family dinner. Perfect for cold nights.
