Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding is a creamy treat perfect for breakfast, snacks or dessert. 

Ingredients: -chia seeds -oat milk  -agave syrup -salt -almond extract -toppings

Add the chia seeds to a jar. 

Pour in the oat milk. 

Add the agave, salt and extract. 

Stir well to coat the chia seeds. 

Let these soak overnight or at least for 2 hours.   Chia seeds will absorb 12 x their weight!

This is the perfect meal prep  breakfast, snack or dessert!
