Cherry Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are the perfect make -ahead breakfast for a busy day!  


Stir the protein powder and milk together.  

Add in the chia seeds and cherries.  

Portion the mixture in the jars.  Add cherry preserves in the middle.   

Overnight oats are best if they sit for at least 4 hours. 

Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
