Cauliflower and Potato Mash  

This easy low carb side dish is perfect for any night of the week or for a holiday dinner! 

 

Ingredients: – potatoes – cauliflower – butter – goat cheese – thyme  – salt –pepper

 

Add water to a large pot.  

 

Boil the potatoes and cauliflower.  Drain and add seasoning.

 

Mash with a hand mixer or a potato masher.  

 

Add to a serving bowl and sprinkle with thyme. 

 

This would be a healthy side dish to serve for Easter dinner.
