Caramel Muffins

Moist banana muffins with gooey caramel!


 The dry ingredients needed:  flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, bananas, Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, avocado oil, and caramel


 Overly ripe bananas are the best for muffins.


Whisk together the remaining wet ingredients with the bananas.  

Then mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.  

Mix the wet and dry ingredients and add the caramel.    

Divide the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper liners.  

Bake the muffins in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.  

These muffins bake to a golden brown with gooey caramel throughout.
