Blueberry Oatmeal Recipe

This healthy breakfast is mixed together quickly for a make ahead breakfast.   

Ingredients: -oats -baking powder -salt -applesauce -egg -almond milk -lemon juice -lemon zest -coconut oil -blueberries

Start by mixing the wet ingredients together. 

Add in the oats, salt and baking powder to the bowl. 

Stir in the blueberries. 

Pour the mixture into a prepared baking dish. 

Make the blueberry syrup while oatmeal bakes. 

Smash the blueberries up with a fork. 

This breakfast is perfect reheated for leftovers.

It makes a perfect healthy make ahead breakfast.
