Asparagus Puff Pastry   

Individual  asparagus pastry bundles are perfect for Easter dinner or a spring brunch! 


Ingredients: – asparagus – puff pastry  – olive oil – egg – gruyere cheese – goat cheese – thyme  – salt –pepper


Wash and dry the asparagus stalks.


Snap the ends of the asparagus off     


Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. 


Mix together the cheese and thyme.  


Place the asparagus on the puff pastry squares.      

Wrap the asparagus in the pastry dough. 

Brush with egg wash and crimp the ends together. 

Bake for 15 minutes until the asparagus is tender and puff pastry is golden brown.
