Almond Flour Olive Oil Cake This moist and tender cake is made with all gluten-free ingredients.  

 

Ingredients: – almond flour – baking powder – salt -eggs – orange juice  -orange zest –sugar -olive oil

 

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. 

 

In a separate bowl mix the olive oil and sugar together.  

 

Mix in the eggs, orange juice and orange zest. 

 

Stir in the almond flour mixture.  The batter will be very thick. 

 

Pour the cake batter into a prepared loaf pan. 

 

Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes.  The cake will not rise much but will be golden brown.

 

Wait until the cake has cooled to slice!
