Almond Flour Blackberry Muffins  

A delicious gluten-free muffin loaded with fresh blackberries. 

 

Ingredients: – almond flour – cornstarch – baking powder –salt -cinnamon – vanilla extract – honey –eggs -coconut oil -blackberries

 

 Mix together the almond flour, salt, cornstarch, cinnamon and backing powder together. 

 

Use a whisk to mix together the eggs, honey and coconut oil. 

 

Stir together the wet and dry ingredients. 

 

Carefully stir in the blackberries.

 

Add the batter to muffin liners. 

 

These muffins bake to a beautiful golden brown. 

 

These are delicious gluten-free muffins that are also low in carbs.
